We still run 83 properties ourselves. When something stops working, we see it in our own bookings first, and it goes into the next call.
Jordan runs most of the live calls. Terence built the software. Stanley worked out the furnishing method you’ll follow.

How much does it cost?
It depends on the program and how much help you want, so we don’t publish prices. You’ll get the full cost in writing on your call, before you commit to anything.
Can I do this with a full-time job?
Plenty of our members do. Yen is a property manager and a mum, and got a new property in five weeks. Parag is an engineer and a dad with a full-time job, and his first property is now live. Jordan’s advice is to ring agents on your breaks and do inspections on Saturdays.
What happens after I apply?
You book a call with one of our team. They’ll ask a few questions about you, walk you through how the programs work and tell you what each one costs.
Is the software included?
Yes. Every program comes with the members’ app and NightlyIQ. You can’t buy them on their own.
